The ProEexce education online website is intended to provide tutoring on academic and non-academic support to students between grades of 3 to 12. ProEexce education online provides its website for personal/group education purposes only.

For the purposes of this agreement, “You” refers to a parent who pays for access to the site as well as a child or anyone else who accesses or uses the site on your behalf. If you are a parent, guardian, or other person who enables a child to access the site, you agree to stand in the shoes of such child for the purposes of making us whole in case of damages or indemnification that could lie against a child, if not for his or her age. If someone else is paying for (or authorizing) you’re tutoring account, you agree to provide them with a copy of these "terms of use".

Any such modifications may come in effective immediately upon posting to the site and your continued use of the site, services, equipment and/or software makes up your agreement to such modifications. At no point in time separate individuals or third parties have the right to market or make use of Logo on any social media platform or in black and white without prior authorisation. Any such breaches should be reported to customer service. info@proexceedu.com
